Hazel’s path to holistic therapy is rooted in decades of caring for others- first as a registered nurse, and now as a body work therapist dedicated to        whole -person healing. Hazel journey has been shaped not only by professional experience, but by personal healing and a deep belief in the body innate wisdom.

With a foundation in conventional healthcare, Hazel brings both clinical insight and heartfelt compassion to every client she meets. Her touch is informed by years of listening– to symptoms, to stories and to the subtle signals of the body.
