We’re so grateful you’ve chosen Restore Balance for your wellness journey. To ensure every client receives the care and attention they deserve, we kindly ask you to review our booking and cancellation guidelines below.
💬 Booking Essentials
• Appointments are held just for you. To honour your time and ours, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Changes must be made by phone: Please call 07506 573304. We’re unable to accept cancellations or appointment requests via text, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
• Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in.
🔄 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. If prepaid, this amount will be deducted from your session.
• This includes rescheduling within the 24-hour window, as it affects our ability to offer the slot to someone on our waiting list.
🎁 Gift Vouchers
• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
• Please keep your voucher safe—lost vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

• Prices may change without notice.
• We’ll always try to send a courtesy text reminder if we have your mobile number, but it’s your responsibility to remember your appointment time.
